Welcome to the North East Karate Kai 2008 Website
We teach:
Traditional Shotokan Karate.
Self Defence for men, woman and children.
Groundwork and restraint techniques.
Circuit and Fitness training.
Lessons are taught by both male and female instructors, 2 of which are fully qualified teachers (one of which teaches Physical Education) and the other a certified sports leader.
