Training then continues every Thursday, New members always welcome.
Welcome to the North East Karate Kai 2010 Website
We teach:
Traditional Shotokan Karate.
Self Defence for men, woman and children.
Groundwork and restraint techniques.
Circuit and Fitness training.
Lessons are taught by both male and female instructors, which are fully qualified teachers and the other a certified sports leader.
